Depreciation, an accrual, a prepayment released, money the owner put in. Everything else here posts because something happened; this is for the entries that correspond to no document.

Give your accountant the year
A SIE file — the format every Swedish accounting program reads. One financial year: the chart, the opening and closing balances, and every entry with its lines. Nothing here stops you taking your books elsewhere.

Audit trail
Every write, in order, with the actor that made it. This table is the version history — nothing in the ledger is edited, so there is no other version to reconcile it against.
Ask
In your own words. What comes back is written from this company's own figures, and the figures it was given are kept with it so any sentence can be traced back. Nothing here touches your books.
What you have asked
What we have written
Kept and listed rather than shown once and lost. A note is a document with a date on it: one written before the month was closed and one written after are two things worth comparing.

Your details, as they appear on every invoice
Only an owner can change these. An accountant keeps the books; what the business is — its name, its address, and the account its customers pay into — is the company's own decision.
Momslagen requires your name, address and VAT registration number on every invoice you issue. An invoice missing them is defective, and it is your customer's VAT deduction that gets refused — at an audit, about an invoice you sent two years earlier.
Where customers pay
At least one of these. A request for payment with nowhere to pay it is not one, and a number whose check digit does not agree is a number somebody else's account may answer to.
Whether you hold F-skatt changes what your customer has to do: paying a supplier without it can leave them liable to deduct tax at source, so the invoice says which it is rather than staying quiet.
How this company works
Identity above is who you are. These change what the system does for you, and every one of them was a constant in the code until somebody needed it to be different.
The limit is in SEK. Leave it empty for the standard 25,000. Raising it means fewer interruptions and more posted without a person; lowering it means the opposite. It does not touch the other reasons something is held — a reverse charge is read by a person whatever the amount, because that one is about being right rather than about size.
Your financial year
Every report cuts its periods here, so this can be changed until you close your first period and not afterwards — a closed period is one you have reported on.
Your invoice numbers
If you are moving in from another system, carry on from where it left off — two invoices numbered 1, in two systems, for the same company, is not something that can be explained afterwards. It can go forward and never back, and once you have issued one here a jump leaves a gap, so we ask you to say why.
Leaving
Everything in here is yours. The archive is every financial year as a SIE file an accountant can load, the whole ledger and everyone you traded with as spreadsheets, and every document that was uploaded, under its own name. Nothing in it is summarised.
Closing this company
The books stop being writable and stay readable. Everybody keeps their access until we are asked to remove it, the reports still answer, and the archive can still be downloaded. It cannot be reopened: a ledger that stopped and started again is one nobody can reason about — a company that comes back is a new one with an opening balance.
What this workspace has
Switching something off removes it. It can be switched back on, but only while nothing has been recorded under it — a company with issued invoices keeps invoicing, because the receivables on its balance sheet would otherwise have nothing to explain them.
Companies you might sell to
Nobody here is a customer and nothing here is in your pipeline. A name becomes a deal by being promoted, which is a decision somebody makes — and it takes the company's name across as the lead, not as a customer record for a company that has not bought anything.
A basis with no evidence is refused rather than warned about: it is the one field somebody has to be able to point at if a person ever asks why their company is on a list. An objection is a deletion with a note, not a status — the company name goes with everything else.
Held longer than you said you would
Each of these is past its retention date. Erasing takes the company name and every contact detail with it and leaves the fact that a row was erased.
What you are doing about it
A campaign is a goal, a budget and a plan. The budget is set here, on the campaign, and approving it is a separate decision — an approval that arrived carrying its own limit would be no limit at all. Every step names the service it uses as well as the figure, because "$49" is not a thing anybody can decide about.
Campaign
People who asked you
A public form somebody can fill in. What they agreed to is stored as the words they were shown rather than as a tick — the sentence comes from here, so what is on screen and what is in the record are the same string.
Your password
Changing it signs out everything else that is signed in to this account, including this tab — which is also how you find out it took effect.
At least 12 characters. Four unrelated words are easier to remember than a short password with symbols in it, and much harder to guess.
An authenticator app
A six-digit code from an app on your phone, asked for after your password. A password that has been written down somewhere is then not enough on its own.
Scan this in your authenticator app, or type the key in by hand. Then enter the code it shows, which is what turns it on — until you do, nothing has changed.
Turning it off takes your password rather than just this session: a laptop somebody walked away from should not be enough to remove it.
Your bank
Money arrives on its own. A transaction the bank has only authorised is shown and never posted — it is a claim about the future, and the amount changes when it settles. Only what the bank has actually booked reaches the queue.
Import a bank statement
CSV from any bank. Re-uploading a file, or one that overlaps a file you have already imported, is safe — rows already in the books or the queue are skipped.
Send in a receipt or an invoice
A PDF or a photograph. An agent reads it, checks the tax on it against the treatment it picks, and looks for anything already in your books that it might duplicate — then it waits for you. The same file twice is the same document.
Receipts that are not in the books yet
Each of these was uploaded and is not behind an entry. Either it has not been read into the queue yet, or the payment it belongs to is already posted from the bank and the two have never been joined. Placing one records what it is evidence for — nothing is posted and no figure moves.
It starts with the usual stages for that kind. Rename them to whatever you actually sell through — the commonest reason a pipeline goes unused is that it describes somebody else’s process.

End any of these if you do not recognise it — a lost phone, a shared computer, someone who has left.
Moving in from another system
If this company has been trading already, its closing figures come in here first. Everything that happened before the changeover stays where it is; Boxd starts from the position you hand it.
